Mission Statement

Our vision is to provide a multi-faceted and integrative treatment program for patients with brain disorders utilizing the cutting-edge science that we have helped to develop. The goal of NuBrain Health is to create many centers to provide services to the millions of Americans impacted by brain disorders, such as traumatic brain injury, concussion, depression, anxiety, PTSD, post-COVID fatigue (long COVID), ADHD, Parkinson’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Our vision includes a special consideration for Veterans and military personnel who have sacrificed for our country and the many first responders that assist us in our everyday lives. A sister organization, the Neuro-Laser Foundation, will subsidize the care of these individuals.

Laser Unattenuated Multi-Watt Infrared Therapy (LUMIT) LUMIT activates the brain’s own repair mechanisms in a powerful way never before harnessed in medicine. Multi-Watt infrared laser is able to penetrate scalp and skull and deliver unattenuated healing to the brain.

The Management Team

Dr. Theodore A. Henderson, MD, PhD

Co-Founder, Chairman and Medical Director

Theodore A. Henderson, M.D., Ph.D. is the Co-Founder and Medical Director for NuBrain Health, LLC. He is a psychiatrist and psychopharmacology expert with extensive training and experience in radiology, nuclear medicine, psychopharmacology, brain sciences, laser technology, and psychiatry genetics. He is the co-founder of Neuro-Luminance Brain Health Centers, Inc., the director of The Synaptic Space, and medical director of Dr. Theodore Henderson, Inc., a psychiatry practice in Denver.

Dr. Henderson holds a number of issued patents and has published over 70 articles and multiple book chapters. He is a guest editor for a number of journals, including JAMA, Frontiers in Neurology, Journal of Neuropsychiatry, Frontiers in Psychiatry, and the Journal of Nuclear Medicine. With a unique blend of expertise in psychopharmacology, neurobiology, neuroimaging and an understanding of human nature, Dr. Henderson is dedicated to advancing brain health treatment options.

Charles Vorwaller

Co-Founder, CEO

Charles Vorwaller is the CEO and Co-Founder of NuBrain Health. He has spent his career spanning over thirty-five years developing and scaling visionary technologies in the medical market. He has served as Chairman, President, CEO, Vice President, National Sales Manager, and Co-Founder of several successful medical device companies from start-up to profitability. His drive to bring innovative solutions, with a focus on Photobiomodulation culminated in a growing number of privately-owned companies that include Aspen Laser, LLC, Aspen Laser University and TheraLight, LLC. He is a graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Ut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management. Each day he continues to utilize his extensive experience and expertise to drive change and improvement for better and disruptive technologies, products and services that provide positive outcomes to medical practices, while improving the lives and healthcare of individuals around the world.

Justin Vorwaller

MBA, Chief Operating Officer

Justin Vorwaller is the Chief Operating Officer for NuBrain Health, LLC and was a key individual in the startup and successful launch of the company. He has been a lifetime entrepreneur with the founding and management of a number of successful companies during his career that include Chief Operating Officer for Aspen Laser, LLC, and TheraLight, LLC, two leading companies in the photobiomodulation industry (laser and light therapy). Justin is highly driven and successfully leads many areas of responsibilities that include overall corporate operations and management, strategic planning, manufacturer management, new business, and product development, authoring company policies and procedures and product manuals, contract negotiations, international expansion, and supporting the overall growth and improvements to the bottom line of the Company. Justin is a former collegiate basketball player and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Utah State University. He is currently focuses on developing and coordinating all marketing, sales and training materials and programs that will help scale the NuBrain Health Company to new revenues and profitability.

The Neuro-Laser Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives of those impacted with various symptoms resulting from traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and other brain disorders.

Our vision is to provide a multi-faceted and integrative treatment program for patients with TBI which will utilize the cutting-edge science that we have helped to develop. Our vision includes a special consideration for Veterans and military personnel who have sacrificed for our country and the many first-responders that assist us in our everyday lives.

The Neuro-Laser Foundation subsidizes the care of Veterans and First-Responders.
